"We are thrilled to be involved with the NWL Recruitment Hub system.  We learned about it through the November Stakeholder Bulletin – the NWL Health and Social Care Skills Academy Partner Newsletter. The NWL Recruitment Hub system was well-organised, and we were particularly impressed with its goal of assisting unemployed individuals in the community to improve their career opportunities, ultimately aiming to enhance patient outcomes in the healthcare sector. The pre-event meeting was very useful as we prepared for the in-person selection day. The team  presented an informative PowerPoint about Maryville Care Home to the candidates. Participating in the assessment day was a great experience for us. The screening process enabled us to identify candidates who matched our criteria for the Healthcare Assistant position. The team took a comprehensive approach in helping candidates prepare for the selection day, which was highly commendable. The candidates received substantial support , including assistance with their CVs. We will recommend and promote the NWL Recruitment Hub system to other healthcare services, as it will benefit the entire community." Allan Bagarinao Care Home representative
