I started as a band 5 Temporary Staffing and Recruitment officer at Torbay Hospital and have since spent my 10 years working with transactional HR services and Operational resourcing. I have worked in both acute and community trusts and it is no surprise to note that the issues around staffing and available skilled workers is the same regardless of location. This programme of work enables me to stretch that experience now across health, social care and primary care.
